About 1 million square feet of commercial property will soon have new management, as the result of a long-standing feud between siblings in one of Long Island's first families of real estate.

The property, now managed by Jericho-based Spiegel Associates, is part of the estate of company founders Jerry and Emily Spiegel, which totals about 2 million square feet of commercial space. The total property in the estate will be divided between the two Spiegel daughters, Lise Spiegel Wilks and Pamela Spiegel Sanders, who have been on the outs for more than a dozen years. Sources close to the family say the two sisters don't speak to each other.
