Sea Tow, an on-water assistance provider, has joined forces with Massachusetts-based Sterling Associates to provide boaters with loans and financing on marine craft they purchase. The joint venture, known as Sea Loans, will supplement Sea Tow's other financial services, including Sea Insure, an insurance program for water vehicles, and Trailer Care, a 24-hour roadside assistance program for boat trailers.
