Eugene P. Souther, senior counsel at Manhattan-based law firm Seward & Kissel, has been appointed chairman of the board of trustees at St. Francis Hospital, The Heart Center, a member of Catholic Health Services of Long Island, which is owned by the Archdiocese of Rockville Centre.
