Since its founding in 1955 by the Sisters of St. Dominic, Molloy has worked to do more than help its students get a solid education and a great job. Molloy faculty, staff and administration are committed to helping students achieve their full potential as a productive, civic minded, complete persons who can truly make a difference in the world of today and tomorrow.

Initially founded as a women's college that trained nurses and teachers, the Molloy of today is coeducational and one of Long Island's fastest growing and most dynamic institutions of higher learning. The college now has more than 50 programs of study including graduate programs in business, nursing and education.
