Seems like the North Shore-Long Island Jewish Health System just can't lease enough Long Island space. Months after inking what could be the Island's biggest lease ever - a 25-year deal for more than 450,000 square feet at i.park in Lake Success - the health-care giant subleased 14,785 sq. ft. from CMP Worldwide at 600 Community Drive in Manhasset for nine years.

The space, located between the system's two flagship hospitals, will be used to consolidate the facilities and design staff. They're currently in three locations, said a hospital spokesman.
