Speaking at a Hauppauge Industrial Association luncheon, Duggan said the county has been winnowing down a broad menu of system choices such as monorail, light rail and buses as it attempts to create a high-density neighborhood that could relieve the county's traffic congestion and provide attractive entertainment and affordable housing options.
