Nassau Community College: 'Where Success Starts and Continues'

Summary


I like to think of Nassau Community College as a value-added school, said President Sean Fanelli. Not everyone attending the school is looking to get a degree; some are brushing up on skills, some are getting credits to transfer to other schools, and some are attending four-year schools and taking classes here during the winter or summer when they're home.

In a conversation with Ken Cerini, Fanelli talks about the diversity of NCC students and the variety of programs aimed at meeting their needs. We're not just focused on the number of graduates we have, he said. We're also looking to meet the aspirations and goals of our students.
