Home sales on Long Island surged in March despite falling sale prices, according to the Albany-based New York State Association of Realtors.
In Nassau, NYSAR reported the sale of 633 existing single-family homes, a 10.5 percent increase over the 573 homes sold in February and a 17.2 percent jump over the 540 homes sold in a year-over-year comparison.See the full content of this document
