Last week, Long Island attorney Brian T. Egan was sworn in as a member of the Bar of the U.S. Supreme Court. In a ceremony in the historic courtroom in Washington, D.C., Egan appeared before a panel presided over by Chief Justice John G. Roberts Jr., and that included seven of the nine sitting justices.
