Long Island Business News' custom publishing division has signed a deal to produce a monthly newspaper for the Manhattan-based New York County Law Association. The tabloid-size paper, which will have an initial circulation of 10,000, will be mailed to the group's attorney members, as well as selected New York City judges and government officials.
