Hotel rooms across the nation will likely be harder to find and more expensive this summer.
Summer travelers should spend 6 percent more to rent a room in this year's sizzle season than they did in 2005. And national occupancy should average 74.1 percent, the highest level since 1997, according to Hotel Outlook, an econometric forecasting model developed by PKF Hospitality Research and Torto Wheaton Research.See the full content of this document
