Temporary cash flow challenges triggered a dip in small business confidence last month, according to a new survey, but local experts offered a mixed outlook for Long Island.
Forty-two percent of owners polled in Discover Financial Service's Small Business Watch experienced cash flow problems in December, up from 39 percent in November. That meant holding off on paying some bills, according to the responses of 1,000 small business owners nationwide with five or fewer employees.See the full content of this document
