Two months ago, in a story about the plight of lobstermen after the Great Die-Off, commercial fisherman John Davi said how lucky he was to secure licenses to land fluke at a time when he was making money bringing lobsters ashore.
When the lobsters dried up, those free fluke licenses - which other fishermen ignored getting from the state Dept. of Environmental Protection and are no longer available - saved his fishing career.See the full content of this document
