If there was ever a moment Suffolk County Executive Steve Levy missed being a Democrat, it was probably Tuesday night after he gave his State of the County address.
Following Levy's address each year, the opposite party's legislative leader delivers a brief response. In the past that was handled by GOP Minority Leader Dan Losquadro - not known for fire- in-the belly oratory - who has since taken his equivocations to the New York State Assembly.
