Summary


There are all types of mini rebellions going on these days, but the fastest growing one is the stockholder revolt. No shots are being fired. No prisoners are being taken. But the stockholder revolution is alive and well and gaining steam.

For years, an annual corporate meeting was a cut-and-dry event with no protests or even a sign of unhappiness. Stockholders were routinely deprived of a chance to talk about company policies and their counterproposals were usually voted down by large margins.
